The #Bagnelldamstrip has always been the gateway to Lake of the Ozarks, and the #cityoflakeozark is making it even better. Recently, the city council revised the commercial height restrictions, making it more conducive to development. The previous 45′ height restriction was deemed a “development killer” and was replaced with a 126′ restriction, more than doubling the vertical footprint previously allowed.
